ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our site. If you wish to use the site including its tools and services please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing this site or using any part of the site or any content or services hereof, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. These terms shall take effect immediately upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions, you should not use the content or any services on the

You should check these terms and conditions regularly for updates and your continued use will be deemed to be an acceptance of the revised or amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes you should cease using or accessing the Website immediately.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Jennifer V M Williams has taken every care in the preparation of this site to ensure prices are correct and that all services are fairly described. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT (current rate of 20%). Jennifer V M Williams reserves the right to update the prices shown. Please note that all courses, programmes, one-to-ones, memberships, and digital downloads are payable in advance. All payments are made through an online payment gateway – Stripe.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel a booking, you should contact our team at Jennifer V M Williams as soon as possible. If the booking is not cancelled at the appropriate time, customers will be charged the full fee for appointments and sessions missed without notice. Please notify us of cancellations or changes one day before the day of your session booking to avoid paying the penalty. **Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur the full session fee payable.
**Please read the booking terms and conditions for the individual service booked, as each service may have different/extra terms added
which also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
REFUND
For any services that are cancelled at the specified time given for cancellations, you will receive a refund unless otherwise stated. You will need to provide confirmation and proof of purchase. For any courses, programmes, or products that are digital goods, we offer no refunds as they are delivered via internet download, and therefore cannot be returned. If at any time you change your mind about your purchase, you may still wish to contact us and we can happily look into this and see how we can best help and serve you.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION:
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our monthly subscription cancellation policy.
If you joined on the 5th, your membership will go until the 5th of the following month, and then be rebilled until you cancel. The monthly subscription you pay is for the life of your membership until cancelled.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS:
Once you subscribe, Jennifer V M Williams will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Jennifer V M Williams will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below in the Section “Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy”.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by contacting us at support@jvmwilliams.com. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly
subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. Your membership will be active until cancelled.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
All the team at Jennifer V M Williams is here to make your experience an agreeable one. We are here to offer whatever learning help and support we can, but please remember that we will not tolerate any violent, racist, or disruptive behaviour towards any members of our staff. Anyone resorting to this behaviour will have their access to our platform terminated and will no longer be able to access any future services through Jennifer V M Williams.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except as may be explicitly stated, all intellectual property in the Website or any of its content including but not limited to all copyright, trademarks and names, service marks, text, graphics, branding, themes, and the website design are the property of or licensed to the owners of the Website or are otherwise used lawfully and with authority. You agree and acknowledge that in accessing the Website you do so only for your own personal use and benefit and that none of the content contained on the Website may be downloaded, copied, reverse-engineered, sold, broadcast, distributed or used for any commercial purpose.

For you to complete the sign-up process on our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, valid email address, telephone number, and any other information needed to complete the sign-up process.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
